Schisandra propingua(Wall.)Baill. Var. Sinensis Oliv. 五味子科植物。生長(zhǎng)于華南、西南山區(qū)向陽(yáng)坡地或溝旁. 是一種祛風(fēng)活血、解毒消腫、止痛，民間用于治脈管炎，甚至是胃癌的草藥。由于植株枝蔓蓬生，葉面有灰白色的斑紋，耐陰性亦好，栽培中表現(xiàn)出生長(zhǎng)粗放，抗逆性良好，所以在開(kāi)發(fā)藥用，又能作室內(nèi)裝飾植物的資源中，鐵箍散是其中的優(yōu)良品種之一。 Fruit of Chinese magnolia vine family.
